Sheet Metal Processing with HPV
Classic Craftsmanship Meets State-of-the-Art Technology
As an experienced partner for sheet metal processing, we impress with our expertise and solid vertical integration. With CNC-supported laser cutting, punching, forming and welding, we offer our customers a wide range of innovative manufacturing techniques.
Our service portfolio is further enhanced by combined sheet metal processing and machining processes. This enables us to solve even special tasks precisely and reliably.
Pressing - Soldering - Welding
We rely on reliable connections for the further processing of your workpieces and assemblies. Our highly trained and experienced team offers you the following services:
- bending on our CNC press brake with a bending length of 3,000 mm (up to 160 tonnes)
- deep drawing with a hydraulic press (up to 250 tons)
- eccentric presses (up to 60 tons)
- MIG, MAG and TIG robot welding
- spot and CNC stud welding
- resistance welding (spot or rollseam)
- brazing in the flame field
- laser cutting
Precise and Efficient Cutting with Laser Cutting
The processing of workpieces using pulsed laser radiation offers numerous advantages over conventional cutting processes:
- laser cutting enables extremely precise cutting and consistently high quality
- even with large quantities and complex geometries
- the process does not require expensive tools
- changes to the design can be implemented flexibly
- laser cutting delivers tight tolerances of just ±0.1 mm and right-angled, burr-free cutting edges
- thanks to the high material utilisation, the process is particularly economical
With our TruLaser 3030 (L20) 4 kW, we process mild steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm and aluminium up to 10 mm thick, with a maximum panel size of 3,000×1,500 mm.
Punching and Nibbling
Our CNC-controlled automatic punching and nibbling machines are used when several forming processing steps are required on the workpiece or simple shapes need to be created.
These enable precise processing of small and medium format sheets made of
- steel (up to 3.2 mm thick)
- stainless steel (up to 3.2 mm thick) and
- aluminium (up to 3.2 mm thick).
