Powder Coating with HPV
With powder coating as a finishing method, your workpieces and assemblies benefit from numerous advantages:
- protection against harmful influences (dust, moisture, chemicals, UV radiation, heat, cold, wear and tear from transportation and use)
- emphasis on the aesthetics of the goods
- individualisation through colour accents
Our modern powder coating system enables the coating of workpieces measuring up to 450×1.100×1.700 mm. Individual painting and printing, lettering and marking (screen printing) are also possible. Workpieces in other sizes and small batches are coated manually by our team.
In order to optimally prepare the surface of the coated workpiece for finishing, we use processes such as vibratory grinding, brush deburring, grinding or polishing. We have our own machines for this.
For further finishing processes (e.g. anodising, chrome plating, galvanising), we make use of our long-standing cooperation with trusted partners.
