In the field of metal cutting, we work with the latest CNC-controlled technologies and are able to manufacture a wide variety of precision parts from steel, brass, copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Our team specialises in the production of small and medium batch sizes.
On request, we can support you right from the design phase. Using the latest CAD software, we develop parts and assemblies that fit perfectly into the design and meet your requirements without compromise.
Turning and Milling
Our machine park has high-performance CNC turning centres that are used to process workpieces of various shapes:
- machining of bars from Ø5
- parts up to Ø70×120 mm
- chuck parts up to Ø250 mm diameter
Thanks to the use of up to three turrets and driven tools, drilling and milling work can also be carried out without reclamping - making machining particularly economical. We also offer the following services for workpieces with dimensions from Ø5 to Ø65 x180 mm:
- polygonal hammering
- thread milling
- thread chasing
- cross machining
- milling
Shortest Running Times with Maximum Precision: ABX64 Twin-Spindle Lathe
Our ABX64 twin-spindle lathe with bar feeder up to Ø65 is the technical highlight of our machining department.

- Y-axis on all turrets
- 40 Nm torque on the driven tools

In addition to our turned parts, we can also offer you the option of marking your parts using a needle marking device.
